Recharge and Subscription

Before calling the model, you need to ensure that the account has available balance, package or quota. The specific payment methods, package prices and activity rules are subject to the console display.

Operation steps​

  1. Log in to the console.
  2. Enter the recharge, package or my subscription page.
  3. Choose the appropriate amount or package.
  4. Complete payment.
  5. Return to the console to confirm the balance or subscription status.

Not received after payment​

  • Refresh the page or log in again.
  • Check whether the order status is successful.
  • Save order number, payment time and account email.
  • Attach screenshots and order information when contacting customer service.

Select suggestions​

For short-term testing, you can first use a small recharge; for long-term high-frequency use, it is recommended to choose a package or subscribe. The actual deduction rules are subject to the console and model price pages.
